Migdalia D. Burgos
Migdalia D. Burgos is a seasoned Business and Project Management Consultant with over 30 years of expertise in business process management, change management, and organizational strategy. She specializes in guiding companies through complex transitions, helping leaders streamline operations, strengthen performance, and achieve sustainable growth.
After earning her degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University, Migdalia launched her career in New York with McKinsey & Company, where she developed her team’s first performance management database and statistical analysis platform. She later joined the launch team of a pioneering cable sports network, contributing to one of the most successful cable TV launches in history before its acquisition by Fox Sports. Transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, she worked at Sanofi-Synthélabo during two major change management initiatives: a corporate reorganization and the merger with Aventis Pharmaceuticals.
Since returning to Miami in 2008, Migdalia has helped small and mid-sized businesses overcome organizational challenges, driving both turnaround strategies and growth initiatives. Her proven ability to align vision, process, and people makes her a trusted advisor for leaders navigating today’s dynamic business landscape.
